The notification bell shows system alerts, class reminders, and tier limit warnings.

Roles: All roles

Tier feature: None (always available with active account)

How to use

1. Click the bell icon in the dashboard header.
2. Mark items as read.
3. Configure preferences in Settings → Notifications.
